W. Midlands:

Plant Driver / Fitter - 7.5T Vehicle

We currently have an opening for a driver / fitter to deliver hydraulic attachments and Access Equipment from our Midlands Regional Centre, based at Oldbury.

This is a full time permanent position driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle Monday – Friday.

A mechanical or hydraulic engineering background, or experience in the plant hire industry will be an advantage, although applicants from other industries with transferrable skills are also invited to apply.

South West:

Plant Fitter

We are seeking a yard based mechanic / fitter to assist in preparing equipment for rental contracts.

This is a full time permanent position, working out of our Bristol operation, Monday – Friday (7:30 – 17:00). You will also be prepared to do some overtime and occasional weekend work if required.

The position will suit an experienced fitter, or someone developing their skills, as ongoing training will be given.

The role is varied and will involve maintaining and preparing hydraulic and mechanical excavator attachments and access platform equipment.

The ideal candidate will either have experience working within the construction plant industry or access business and have a working knowledge of hydraulics, electrics and safety issues.

You will need to be of good general health and be able to demonstrate you have a helpful and positive attitude.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
